Isaiah 1:14 says "Your new moons and your appointed feasts my soul hates." When we look at the basis and results of man's appointed feasts it is easy to see why God would hate them - but why does God hate mankind's "new moons" or calendar? These days between the Last Great Day and the end of God's year have great meaning and point to the time when the former things "will not be remembered nor come to mind". (2.8 Mb)
