Gibraltar Brexit talks deadlocked

GIBRALTAR - Negotiations over the post-Brexit future of Gibraltar are deadlocked on the issue of security at the territory’s airport, raising fears of a deepening stand-off between Britain and Spain on the contentious issue of The Rock.
