USA - Never in history have so many media and Deep State powers allied together to terrorize, defraud, and even destroy individuals, property, businesses and the American economy. In four years, we have witnessed five attempts to overthrow the presidency: Russiagate, Shampeachment, Plandemic, widespread public rioting and looting, and open, shameless ballot-rigging and election manipulation in dozens of states.
In our constitutional republic, per Article II of the US Constitution, the Electoral College elects our presidents, not the popular vote. Many states presently have Electoral College challenges before they cast their ballots for president on December 14. This is the constitutional sequence of events to January 6.
Some states – at least Arizona, Michigan, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin – have GOP majorities in their state legislatures; the state legislature can simply assert that they will only cast their ballot for the actual winner as of midnight, election day. Those state legislatures have the option to present their own slate of electors. One slate would be certified by the Democrat governor, the other slate by the GOP state legislature. In that case, Trump was the clear winner in all five states. Pence receives those ballots as President of the Senate. If he chooses the Trump electors: Trump wins.
But assume that the US House balks at Pence’s choice or Pence demurs. Per the Electoral Count Act of 1887, then it will go to a US House vote on that day, January 6, where each state only gets one vote. Democrats have a few more members in the US House due to big cities being liberal, but 31 states are GOP majority in the US House where only 19 states have a Democrat majority. Again: Trump wins.
In the Senate, which gets one vote per state, the GOP has the majority. Again: Trump wins.
But assume that between January 6-20 (Inauguration Day), Congress remains deadlocked. In that case, the House majority leader, Pelosi, acts as a president pro tempore until the impasse is settled.
Then the election fiasco moves to the US supreme Court (SCOTUS), as happened with the Florida ballots in the Election of 2000, a case called Bush v Gore. The GOP has countless lawsuits with hundreds of instances of hard evidence of illegal election day extensions, ballot ‘creation’, hundreds of thousands of mystery votes appearing in ‘blue waves’, ballot harvesting, dead citizens’ votes being counted, ineligible votes by citizens no longer residing in district, and fraudulent and deceptive ballot canvassing procedures.
At the very least, the SCOTUS must disallow all ballots accepted after election day if the extension was not issued by that state legislature. In every state listed above, those extensions were issued by governors or election boards, neither of which is constitutionally authorized to change election law. Again: Trump wins.
The US Election 2020 – Chaos and Confusion
Today's articles give an overview of the situation. At one end of the spectrum, some claim that the election ‘Is Illegitimate Due To Widespread Fraud’. Others claim that ‘No evidence voting in the US ‘was in any way compromised’.
As the prophet Isaiah was inspired to write: “For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue has muttered perverseness. None calls for justice, nor any pleads for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity [lawlessness]. And judgment is turned away backward, and justice stands afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.” (Isaiah 59:3-4, 14)
What happens next?
Whatever happens, there will be no “good” result. We watch as the drama plays out, knowing that we are witnessing the end of the American empire. God warned that if His people would not obey Him, then He would “break the pride of your power” (Leviticus 26:19).
