Poland's New PM: Make Europe Christian Again

POLAND - The newly appointed premier replaced Beata Szydlo and symbolizes that Poland is taking a more combative posture towards the West than in the past. While Prime Ministers undoubtedly have a very important domestic role to play too, it’s important not to overlook the international implications of Morawiecki’s appointment, especially given what he shared in his very first interview after the announcement.

Weather anomalies are spreading across the world

USA - The weather is going crazy around the world, breaking almost every week a new extreme event record. Here three examples of weather anomalies recorded these days around the world: More than 1.5 meters of fresh snow and 3.5 meters (11.5 feet) of snow accumulation were recorded on The Brocken, also known as the Blocksberg, the highest peak of the Harz mountain range and also the highest peak of Northern Germany culminating at 1,141 metres (3,743 ft):

ITALY - The body of King Victor Emmanuel III has returned to Italy from Egypt, 70 years after he died there in exile. But the royal reburial has brought back difficult memories for many and caused anger, as the BBC's Sofia Bettiza in Rome reports. He is known in Italy as the king whose actions gave rise to the fascist regime of Benito Mussolini and the end of the monarchy.

Christmas Wish: BuzzFeed Editor Asks for ‘Full Blown Communism Now’

UK - An editor for BuzzFeed’s UK science section sparked outrage by Tweeting out that her most wanted Christmas gift would be for Britain to go “full communist.” Kelly Oakes, a 20-something London-based employee for BuzzFeed UK, took to Twitter on December 14 to inform followers, “All I want for Christmas is full communism now.” Her Tweet was quickly picked up as proof of just how off the charts liberal the BuzzFeed organization really is. As soon as her Tweet went wide, though, Oakes locked down her account and began blocking conservative critics.

German Defense Minister Ursula von der Leyen at a crossroads

GERMANY - Ursula von der Leyen is fighting on many fronts. Her Christmas visit to German troops stationed in Afghanistan highlighted her tension with the military and Berlin. DW's Udo Bauer reports from Mazar-i-Sharif. Many still haven't forgiven von der Leyen for accusing Germany's armed forces, the Bundeswehr, of having an "attitude and leadership problem" on German TV back in April. She had made her remarks after news broke of a scandal surrounding a far-right army officer ...So does this [and other matters], mean von der Leyen's political career is in danger? That remains up to Chancellor Angela Merkel alone.

New Western Wall tunnels synagogue opened

ISRAEL - A remarkable new synagogue within the Western Wall tunnels complex that took 12 years to build was dedicated and opened on Monday night, following the traditional Hanukka candle-lighting ceremony in the Western Wall plaza. The synagogue, which was funded by donations from the Delek Foundation and Delek Group owner Yitzhak Tshuva, is deep inside the complex, adjacent to the area above which the ancient Jewish temples stood on the Temple Mount, and the inner sanctum of the Holy of Holies in particular. The Western Wall Heritage Foundation said the synagogue “will be open to anyone who desires to study and connect” to it and that prayer arrangements will shortly be published.

Big Pharma’s control over the news

USA - Over the last 11 months, pharmaceutical companies have spent a stunning $3.2 billion on TV ads for drugs. That much money buys you influence. It buys you control. If a major network suddenly decided to set its hounds loose and investigate the overall devastating effects of medical drugs on the public, there would be hell to pay at the network. Drug companies wouldn’t stand for it.

It seeks to challenge the dominance of the petrodollar. US ready to denuclearise North Korea

USA - The US is ready to forcefully "denuclearise North Korea," Donald Trump's national security adviser has said, calling the state a "grave threat". As tensions between the US and the communist state increase, General HR McMaster said the US was not ruling out war as they prepared to bring the regime to task. "We're not committed to a peaceful resolution - we're committed to a resolution," General McMaster told the BBC. "We want the resolution to be peaceful, but as the President said, all options are on the table. We have to be prepared, if necessary, to compel the denuclearisation of North Korea without the cooperation of that regime."

All Philadelphia businesses must remove bulletproof glass

USA - Time and again Left-wing politicians show me what it means to exist in a parallel universe where they never have to face reality or the inane consequences of brain-dead decisions. If you’ve never been to Philadelphia, the “City of Brotherly Love,” you may not know that it’s got a bit of a crime problem. Like all major cities run by Leftist Democrats, Philly also has strict gun control policies which are most closely followed by law-abiding citizens.

Today we find the Church of God in a “wilderness of religious confusion!”

The confusion is not merely around the Church – within the religions of the world outside – but WITHIN the very heart of The True Church itself!
