Brexit will BREAK UP the European Union and MUST be stopped, billionaire George Soros says

EUROPE - Billionaire financier George Soros is frantically trying to overturn the Brexit vote fearing it will cause the break up of the “doomed” European Union (EU). The Hungarian hedge fund manager claimed millions of people who voted leave are now suffering "genuine buyer's remorse" and had only backed Brexit as a form of protest vote. His remarks are likely to spark outrage amongst the 17million Britons who voted to quit the Brussels club, and come amid growing concerns of an establishment stitch-up to override the will of the people. Mr Soros said Brexit should be overturned and instead the EU given even MORE powers, transferred from national governments. He said: “Europe is genuinely doomed to fall apart unless we pull together. This is not the time for compromises, we need a fundamental reform to reconstruct it from the ground up."

Jean-Claude Juncker, Donald Tusk and Martin Schulz said the UK “must give effect to this decision of the British people as soon as possible, however painful that process may be”.
