ISRAEL - Israel is building a regional air defense alliance to defend its members from Iran, Defense Minister Benny Gantz said Monday, appearing to confirm, at least in part, a report that the Israeli military was in talks with its Saudi and Qatari counterparts on the matter. “We are building our wide partnership with additional countries in the region to ensure a secure, stable and prosperous Middle East. Among other things, this also includes aerial defense,” Gantz said, speaking at the start of his Blue and White party’s faction meeting in the Knesset. “We will strengthen this, as a stable Middle East is an international, regional and Israeli interest of the highest order,” he said.
USA - Lawmakers are betting $45 million that a nuclear war does not automatically mean the end of the world. Representative Jim Cooper (Democrat for Tennessee) recently added an amendment to the House version of the Fiscal 2023 National Defense Authorization Act that would provide $45 million for the Nuclear-Armed Sea-Launched Cruise Missile, even though President Joe Biden’s administration has indicated it wants to stop the program.
USA - The priorities of the fascist Democrat Party are sick and delusional. With Biden destroying the economy and Justice Department and allowing anyone to enter the country unvetted, the Democrats are working on a trans bill of rights. The average American is trying to make it to the next paycheck due to the massive inflation and high gas prices created by the Biden regime, yet Democrats think the number one priority today is a trans bill of rights. This is priority number 1,000 for the average American if even that. Biden’s America is facing a recession and the Democrats are pushing trans rights!
UK - Midwives have today denounced claims they 'assign' the sex of children at birth in the latest row on woke language in the NHS. The wording came from the Royal College of Midwives (RCM) and Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) in an 'inclusivity' statement. Their document said: 'We recognise maternity and gynaecological services will be accessed by women, gender diverse individuals and people whose gender identity does not align with the sex they were assigned at birth.' But some midwives hit back at the colleges, arguing that they merely 'observe' the reality of a baby's sex at birth — as opposed to deciding it themselves. Jo Gould, a midwife in Sussex, said she was 'ashamed' of her representative body and that the statement was 'nonsense' and 'offensive'. 'When the RCM start using the language of gender ideology and not biological fact, how can the public have faith in you?,' she said. 'It is offensive to your members, who do not "assign sex at birth". 'I am a member and I am ashamed to be represented by the RCM when I read this absolute nonsense.' Another Twitter user who claimed to be a midwife of 23 years said: 'I can assure you, I have never assigned a sex at birth, it is observed and immutable.'
SWITZERLAND - World Health Organization (WHO) chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus on Wednesday turned on the US Supreme Court over the decision to reverse Roe v Wade, calling the move “a setback” that would cost lives. He spoke out during a media briefing at the WHO headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, and alleged decades of scientific data prove access to safe and legal abortion saves lives, AP reports. “The evidence is irrefutable,” Tedros said. “Restricting (abortion) drives women and girls toward unsafe abortions resulting in complications, even death.” He said safe abortion should be understood as health care and warned that limiting its access would disproportionately hit women from the poorest and most marginalized communities. “We hadn’t really expected this from the US,” Tedros said, adding that he was concerned the Supreme Court’s decision was a move “backwards.” “We had really hoped the US would lead on this issue,” Tedros said.
USA - Now, scientists say, these living symbols of longevity, strength and perseverance may be at an evolutionary crossroads. Hotter droughts and bark beetles are for the first time in recorded history killing bristlecones, according to a recent study published in the scientific journal Forest Ecology and Management. Since 2013, thousands of the trees that ranged in age from 144 to 1,612 years have been killed on Telescope Peak — the site of Death Valley National Park’s lone population of bristlecones — the study says. Many more have been killed in high-altitude bristlecone forests scattered across southern Utah. On a recent morning, MacKenzie, 74, wanted to confirm that the culturally significant Ancient Bristlecone Pine Forest, home to Methuselah, a 4,853-year-old specimen some say is the oldest living tree on Earth, remained free of the insects.
UKRAINE - Zelensky is an actor. He is playing his role in this Great Reset which is to destroy Western civilization as we know it so they get to create their One-World Government and the United Nations will then appear to be the GREAT PEACEMAKER.On February 20th, 2022, VP Harris blurted out that Ukraine should join NATO which was a direct violation of the Belgrade Agreement where Ukraine, the 3rd largest nuclear power at the time, gave up its nuclear weapons and NATO promised not to invade as did Russia provided Ukraine was to remain NEUTRAL. Then 3 days later, Zelensky announced that he would pursue nuclear weapons to defend against Russia. The next day, Putin invaded to protect the Donbas on February 24th.
USA - The US Army will set up a permanent headquarters in Poland. Washington will significantly increase its military presence in Europe to “defend every inch of allied territory,” US President Joe Biden said on Wednesday after arriving in Madrid, Spain for the annual NATO summit. The US 5th Army Corps will set up a headquarters in Poland, while 5,000 additional troops will be deployed to Romania. The Pentagon will also boost rotational deployments in the Baltic states, dispatch two additional squadrons of F-35 fighter planes to Britain, and station additional air defenses in Germany and Italy. The US Navy will increase the number of destroyers stationed in Spain from four to six. There are already around 100,000 US troops stationed in Europe. “We’re stepping up, proving that NATO is more needed now than it ever has been and it’s as important as it ever has been,” Biden said.
USA - Fed throws Biden under the bus, says he’s collapsing the country. Recastled CEO Kosha Gada says Chair of the US Federal Reserve Jerome Powell is joining the “chorus of people” throwing US President Joe Biden “under the bus” for the country’s struggling economy. “The biggest thing really is gas prices, because gas and fuel is basically an input component in every little thing we consume,” Ms Gada told Sky News host Rowan Dean. “With Trump at its lowest point it was about $12 a barrel, crude oil, right now it is $111 a barrel.”
UK - “The brutal Russian invasion of Ukraine has transformed the context of cybersecurity” worldwide, said British National Cyber Security Center CEO Linda Cameron. Speaking at the Tel Aviv University Cyber Week on Tuesday, Cameron said that the lives of millions of innocent people are in jeopardy due to cyber threats, just like on the battlefield... Even as the world is focused on the Russian threat to Ukraine and Eastern Europe, the UK cyber chief said, “We must not lose sight of the longer-term strategic challenges from China as a technological and economic power,” since Beijing is spreading across the globe with “cyber and technology for control.” She warned of using technologies developed by authoritarian countries that could be used to passively and quietly influence and limit the choices of people in free countries. “The democracies of the world have to develop technology and systems that avoid products that are not in line with our values,” said Cameron.
USA - The city council of West Hollywood, California, voted Monday night to cut the number of armed sheriff’s deputies by four, replacing them with 30 unarmed “ambassadors,” despite a crime wave and a national backlash over “defund the police.” The Democrat-dominated haven, whose mayor once tried to ban Donald Trump from speaking in the city, and which honored porn star Stormy Daniels with the key to the city during her crusade against Trump, has seen crime rise 137% in one year. Nevertheless, NBC Los Angeles reported, the city council voted 3-2 to cut police funding in deference to the “Black Lives Matter” movement.
USA - With Disney’s financial status rapidly declining in recent months due to advancing their woke agenda, one would think they would hit the brakes and start delivering truly family-friendly entertainment. Nope. They’re doubling down on pushing LGBTQIA+ normalization and supremacy onto children.
AUSTRALIA - Consumers are being warned to get used to cabbage in their burgers or paying more than $10 for a lettuce, with no end in sight for high fruit and vegetable prices. While the sudden price spike hit quickly, wholesalers say it will take longer for prices to come down as growers face a 'perfect storm' of bad conditions. Anthony Joseph, a fruit and vegetable wholesaler and exporter, said wet weather in south-east Queensland meant growers lost one crop and struggled to plant the next one as freezing temperatures set in. "Things like baby leaf spinach and wombok are going for three to four times their normal price," he said. Mr Joseph, who is the managing director of Alfred E Chave, at the Brisbane Markets, said the flood event in February was detrimental to land preparation for the autumn and winter crops, which, he said, caused the gap in supply experienced over the past four to six weeks.
GERMANY - If Berlin was determined to signal a step change, it would have to address mid-term defense spending through the regular budget, far beyond the 100 billion euros committed as top-up for the next few years. The Bundeswehr would have to receive sustained funding for growing its starved land force. German industry would require significant government funding to allow scaled-up production, after decades of languishing on limited purchases by the Bundeswehr and relying on the export market just to keep its limited assembly capacity running. That we have not seen any tangible declarations in those regards should ring alarm bells. It renders Scholz’s intention to provide a truly long-term perspective to Germany’s allies and partners hollow. Zeitenwende risks being not a turning point for German national security, but merely a flash in the pan.
RUSSIA - When Vladimir Putin announced the twin goals of the Special Military Operation in February ie demilitarization and denazification, it sounded strangely familiar. Well there is a reason for that. At the end of World War II, the UK, the US and Russia reached an agreement at Potsdam. During the Potsdam Conference, on 30 July 1945, the Allied Control Council was constituted in Berlin to execute the Allied resolutions... Putin’s reiteration of the Denazification and Demilitarization principles established from the 1945 Potsdam Conference is not just some quaint tip of the hat to history. He was laying down a marker to the United States and United Kingdom that the agreement reached at Potsdam in 1945 is still relevant and valid.
