ISRAEL - The nascent Sanhedrin released a declaration to the 70 nations for Hanukkah to be read at a ceremony in Jerusalem on the last day of the holiday. The ceremony will include the consecration of a stone altar prepared for use in the Third Temple. The declaration is intended as an invitation to the nations to participate in the Temple and to receive its blessings.
MIDDLE EAST - Palestinians won’t accept any political settlement with Israel that does not include Jerusalem as the capital of an independent Palestinian state, the Palestinian ambassador to Egypt said yesterday. “There will be no political settlement without Jerusalem; Jerusalem is the capital [of Palestine],” Diab Allouh said during an Arab League meeting held ahead of International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People which is marked today. The diplomat stressed what he described as “the Palestinians’ longstanding rejection of a state with temporary borders and transitional solutions”. “Nor can there be any settlement without a just solution for Palestinian refugees, who currently number some 5.4 million worldwide,” he pointed out.
UNITED NATIONS - Devastating storms which could bring worldwide flooding are expected to hit in the next few months, according to a global weather observation. The United Nation’s (UN) World Meteorological Organisation says there is a 75-80 percent chance that El Nino will be a “weak event” in the next couple of months. Unfortunately this means El Nino’s role as a natural buffer to the formation of huge storms will also be weakened. As a result, the natural weather phenomenon will lead to both serious droughts and serious flooding in early 2019 as climate patterns are thrown into chaos. El Nino is responsible for warming ocean temperatures, which in turn leads to fewer major storms as it is more difficult for them to form over warmer seas. However, with a weak El Nino predicted major weather systems will take advantage of the cooler ocean and could devastate the globe.
UK - A drag queen who helped organize a “Drag Queen Story Hour” for Louisiana preschoolers admitted the event’s purpose is “the grooming of the next generation.” “I am not there to push any kind of agenda,” Dylan Pontiff, a gay man who helped organize a “Drag Queen Story Hour” event at Lafayette Public Library, told the Lafayette City-Parish Council at a September 17 meeting.
UK - Mrs May needs 320 votes for the deal to achieve a majority and move the draft along to allow it to be ratified before the March 29 Brexit deadline. As it stands, she can count on about 240 - a way off what is needed, and a massive uphill battle to gain supporters before the vote. Those who oppose the deal said it’s not what people voted for, and could keep the UK tied to the EU indefinitely without any remaining input on its rules.
USA - Today, less than 20 percent of all Americans attend church on a regular basis. As a result, churches are dying in very large numbers, and this is a trend that appears to be accelerating. According to Thom S Rainer of Lifeway, when you break the numbers down it means that “around 100-200 churches will close this week”… Any institution needs resources in order to survive, and churches are not any different. As attendance has declined, so has giving, and at this point the percentage of charity donations going to religious institutions is at an all-time low…
UNITED NATIONS - The UN Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration will force Western countries to open their borders and surrender their sovereignty. It will destroy property rights by giving the world access to the taxes of the more prosperous nations. It will destroy free speech and give unelected bureaucrats control over the policies and ethnic composition of Western countries.
USA - President Trump on Wednesday morning shared an image calling for his opponents to face trial for "treason," with many of them behind bars. The image, which the president retweeted from a pro-Trump Twitter account, depicts a host of figures Trump has criticized, including former President Obama, 2016 Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, special counsel Robert Mueller, former FBI Director James Comey and former President Bill Clinton. "Now that Russia collusion is a proven lie, when do the trials for treason begin?" the caption on the photo reads.
USA - Many of us here at Natural News never thought this day would come: The day when the mainstream media finally decided to tell the truth about the existence of “chemtrails,” But while it’s now open knowledge that chemtrails are real, the public still isn’t being told the truth about their actual purpose.
USA - Cover your ears and avert your eyes, Americans: RT is attempting to weaken the United States using a whole host of nefarious methods – such as telling the truth, a former Homeland Security official has warned. Sounding the alarm during a panel discussion at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, Suzanne Spaulding, former deputy secretary for cyber and infrastructure protection at DHS in the Obama administration, said that one of RT’s methods when it comes to its influencing vulnerable Americans is… telling the truth.
USA - On November 15, Ernst & Young and other private firms that were hired to audit the Pentagon announced that they could not complete the job. Congress had ordered an independent audit of the Department of Defense, the government’s largest single cost center — the Pentagon receives two of every three federal tax dollars collected — after the Pentagon failed for decades to audit itself. The firms concluded, however, that the DoD’s financial records were riddled with so many bookkeeping deficiencies, irregularities, and errors that a reliable audit was simply impossible.
CHINA - Washington is considering sanctions against companies and officials linked to China's alleged crackdown on the country’s minority Muslims. Speaking to Reuters before heading to join Chinese President Xi Jinping’s delegation at this week’s G20 summit in Buenos Aires, Cui Tiankai said China was going to the Argentinean capital hoping for a deal to ease a damaging trade war with the United States.
USA - US President Donald Trump said on Monday that UK Prime Minister Theresa May's Brexit agreement with the European Union (EU) may hamper trade between Washington and London. Speaking to reporters on Monday, Trump said the deal that May struck with Brussels "sounds like a great deal" for the EU. "I think we have to take a look at, seriously, whether or not the UK is allowed to trade, because you know right now, if you look at the deal, they may not be able to trade with us," he said. May's office rejected the statement saying that the agreement allowed the UK to sign trade deals with countries around the world, including the US. "We have already been laying the groundwork for an ambitious agreement with the US through our joint working groups, which have met five times so far," said a spokesperson for the office.
UK - Britain crashing out of the European Union without a deal could trigger a deep and damaging recession with worse consequences for the UK economy than the 2008 financial crisis, the Bank of England has warned. Raising the stakes as Theresa May battles to win support in parliament for her Brexit deal, the central bank said that failure to reach a deal with Brussels – with no transition period to a new trading relationship – could spark an immediate economic crash.
UK - The global food system is broken, leaving billions of people either underfed or overweight and driving the planet towards climate catastrophe, according to 130 national academies of science and medicine across the world. Providing a healthy, affordable, and environmentally friendly diet for all people will require a radical transformation of the system, says the report by the InterAcademy Partnership (IAP). This will depend on better farming methods, wealthy nations consuming less meat and countries valuing food which is nutritious rather than cheap.
