Since the refugee crisis, France has accepted 13,000 refugees, but many experts argue that number could be much higher given that many are sneaking in and out covertly. Nevertheless, France has been experiencing many problems with refugees, and it has led to officials afraid they are going to lose their country.

They are unskilled, costing a lot in taxpayer funds, they do not work, they are sucking welfare programs dry, and many have been linked to ISIS. French authorities have issued several warnings that they suspect many to have ties to ISIS and are worried another large scale attack is in the near future.

With that, French authorities have begun to prepare for a “civil war” against Muslims in order to “clean up” their country, according to prominent author Éric Zemmour, who claims a high ranking government source told him of the plan. The civil war will ruin Europe, and then these terrorists will expand their caliphate from the Middle East into parts of Europe. Europe is still on edge following a wave of terror attacks in recent months, and authorities are now accepting that they must go to war in order to take their country back before it is too late.

“Many Euro-Atlantic countries have moved away from their roots, including Christian values. Policies are being pursued that place on the same level a multi-child family and a same-sex partnership, a faith in God and a belief in Satan. This is the path to degradation.” In his state of the nation address, Mr Putin also portrayed Russia as a staunch defender of ‘traditional values’ against what he depicted as the morally bankrupt West. Social and religious conservatism, the former KGB officer insisted, is the only way to prevent the world from slipping into ‘chaotic darkness.’

As part of this defense of ‘Christian values,’ Russia has adopted a law banning “homosexual propaganda” and another that makes it a criminal offense to ‘insult’ the religious sensibilities of believers… Although Mr. Putin has never made a secret of what he says is his deep Christian faith, his first decade in power was largely free of overtly religious rhetoric. Little or no attempt was made to impose a set of values on Russians or lecture to the West on morals.

Certainly Putin put the moral equation back on the table. Kevin Barrett declared that Putin here was trying to “put the fear of God in the New World Order.” Barrett moved on to make the forceful argument that much of the Zionist establishment in the West is afraid of Putin because the establishment lives in fear. “Russian President Putin is resisting,” said Barrett. “That is why the Western propaganda machine is calling him names.”

Barrett continued to argue cogently: “It is worth noting that Russia and Iran – the two nations most successfully resisting NWO regime change – are doing so in the name of God…” Putin’s reference to Satanism was a pointed rebuke to the New World Order elites, who – though they push militant secularism on the societies they are trying to undermine – are closet Satanists.

“Anyone who doubts this should run the name ‘Lieutenant Colonel Michael Aquino’ through a search engine. Aquino, an avowed Satanist and credibly-accused mass child abuser, was rewarded for his crimes against children with an appointment as Chief of Psychological Warfare for the US military… But the crucial point here is that Putin, like Emmanuel Kant and even John Adams and others, understands that a nation cannot exist without objective morality, and objective morality cannot exist without Logos, the essence and sustainer of the moral universe.

In that sense, and whether he notices it or not, Putin was implicitly or indirectly attacking the Neo-Darwinian ideology, which states that objective morality is an illusion and has no metaphysical basis. It is here that we find again that Neo-Darwinian metaphysics is intellectually useless and worthless because it denies the very essence of a moral universe.

Those contrasting views were brought into even sharper relief this week in the build-up to a summit Friday on the future of a post-Brexit EU, as both presidents offered visions of how Europe can get out of its state of perma-crisis. Juncker’s forum was his annual State of the Union address Wednesday to the European Parliament; Tusk’s was more subtle, in a letter he sent to EU national leaders Tuesday and then released publicly as his “personal reflections.”

Describing the EU in his message to leaders, Tusk referred ominously to a continent on the edge of collapse, a place where political elites struggle with “restoring control over events and processes which overwhelm, disorientate, and sometimes terrify” people.

Tusk also described a continent in need of more security and stronger border protections, and less “politically correct statements that Europe cannot become a fortress.” His message ahead of the Friday summit in Bratislava was an attempt to accommodate Eastern European criticism of current EU refugee policies, which have been pushed by Germany and by Juncker’s Commission.

But Mr Juncker risks sparking a furious backlash by claiming the murder of a Polish man in Harlow, Essex last month shows what happens when Europe does not unite. The key note address to the European Parliament in Strasbourg will be the Commission boss’s biggest intervention since Britain’s historic decision to quit the EU.

Mr Juncker is expected to call for further pan-European co-operation in the field of security and defence and the creation of an EU army. The speech delivered in Strasbourg comes ahead of EU leaders gathering in Bratislava for crunch talks about the future of the Union. Britain will not be represented at the meeting of European chiefs for the first time in 43 years.

Using an algorithm based on how senior positions in the 28-country bloc are handed out, as well as the application of 'influence points', VoteWatch.eu rated every country in terms of power. When this system is used to calculate influence based on total accumulated points, the UK is ranked alongside Poland, Romania, Spain and France.

Germany and surprisingly, Italy, are by far the most powerful countries in the bloc, holding incredible influence over the other states. Central European countries, such as Austria, Hungary and the Czech Republic, and southern European countries like Greece and Croatia enjoy substantially less power.

VoteWatch.eu said in a statement: "Germany and Italy seem to exert the biggest level of influence in the European Parliament, more so than other big countries like France, the UK or Spain. This is explained mainly through the fact that Germany has the biggest national delegation in the biggest political group, EPP, while Italy is in the S&D, which gives them a competitive advantage at the allocation of key positions and even rapporteurship."

When these statistics are weighted so population size cannot affect the ranking, the outlook becomes even worse for the United Kingdom. In this scenario, the United Kingdom is trumped by 16 other nations, including Hungary, Romania, Latvia, Estonia and Bulgaria. Britain is tied with several other states, so the only countries the UK holds more power over in the entire club are Denmark, Greece and Cyprus.

Mrs Merkel says she is now focused on integration as she attempts to counter rising anti-migrant sentiment and support for far-right parties in local elections. But the Chancellor downplayed the crisis claiming it is not the biggest challenge she has faced in her chancellorship. When asked if it was unfair that she has been blamed for the migrant crisis, Mrs Merkel told German newspaper Der Tagesspiegel: “No. I am the Chancellor of this country. It happens that jointly achieved successes get only attributed to me; it is the same with outstanding issues.

“It is a big challenge, but not the first one. Think of the international financial crisis, the euro crisis or the Ukraine conflict.” The under-pressure Chancellor once again defended her controversial policy, saying: “Those who have to make indicatory political decisions have to do this even if it polarises.” The Chancellor has been warned Germany could face civil war if the migrant crisis is not handled effectively by her far-right rival Frauke Petry. Mrs Petry’s populist far-right party Alternative for Deutschland has had a meteoric rise in popularity with voters angry at Germany’s migrant policy.

Deutsche said it has "no intent to settle these potential civil claims anywhere near the number cited". Investors rushed to sell shares in the firm after this latest sign of trouble at the bank. Deutsche has now lost almost HALF its value this year, amid a raft of concerns which include the current low rate interest environment and a struggling European economy. In July markets were shocked after the group revealed its second quarter net income had dived by 98 per cent to around £16 million (€20 million) from £668 million (€796 million) in the same period last year.

Banking stocks across Europe were today also reeling from Deutsche's proposed fine. As a result, Germany's top stock index the DAX was also down and France's CAC. Royal Bank of Scotland and Credit Suisse fell 4.8 percent and 4.5 percent respectively. Connor Campbell, financial analyst, said: "[Deutsche's] fine, one of the largest ever shouldered by a bank, is related to its miss-selling of mortgage backed financial products, has caused the stock to slump by six per cent, and has sent a ripple of fear throughout the rest of the sector."

Mrs Petry, 41, said: “We have so far not seen mass demonstrations against migrants in major German cities. But what is going on is unacceptable. We do not want a civil war in Germany. However, the majority of asylum seekers are not genuine refugees, many alleged Syrians came from other countries. If the citizens really become aware of that, their attitude to all migrants will deteriorate massively towards all real refugees. We do not want that, therefore we need to act quickly."

The AfD, initially an anti-euro party, had a meteoric rise as the party of choice for voters angry at Germany’s open door migrant policy. It surprised many by finishing second ahead of Mrs Merkel's Christian Democratic Union (CDU) in last week's elections in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, which is the German leader's home state.

The high level of non-performing loans (NPLs) has been a problem since before Brexit. It is clear that there is nothing in the Italian economy that can reduce them. Only a dramatic improvement in the economy would make it possible to repay these loans. And Europe’s economy cannot improve drastically enough to help. We have been in crisis for quite a while.

Banks were simply carrying loans as non-performing that were actually in default and discounting the NPLs rather than writing them off. But that only hid the obvious. As much as 17 percent of Italy’s loans will not be repaid. This will crush Italian banks’ balance sheets. And this will not only be in Italy.

Italian loans are packaged and resold, and Italian banks take loans from other European banks. These banks in turn have borrowed against Italian debt. Since Italy is the fourth largest economy in Europe, this is the mother of all systemic threats.

Whether it's Iran playing chicken with US patrol boats in the Persian Gulf, Russia buzzing US ships in the Black Sea, or China demanding American ships adhere to phony claims of sovereignty over the air and water of the South China Sea, the narrative seems to follow an all-too-familiar script.

The Pentagon denounces the provocations as "unprofessional," issues a stern warning, and then there are no consequences. "It's like a mom in a grocery store, or a parent, and the kids are running amok and they say 'stop that right now or else,' but the 'or else' never comes, so the kids behave as badly as they want to," said Dakota Wood, a senior research fellow at the Heritage Foundation. "If there aren't any consequences, then the bad behavior just escalates."

The latest incident occurred Saturday, when a US EP-3 reconnaissance plane, flying off the coast of Iran in the northern Persian Gulf, received a radio threat from the Iranian military. "Leave the area, or we will shoot you down with missiles," is how one Pentagon official described the menacing communication. The US spy plane ignored the warning since it was clearly flying in international airspace, the official told the Washington Examiner. Still, emboldened by a lack of concrete response from the US, the number and seriousness of such incidents continues to rise dramatically.

According to German newspaper Die Welt, Kepel said the terror group’s aim is to incite hatred towards Muslims from the rest of the society which would eventually radicalise others to the point that Europe could enter into full-blown civil war. Kepel, who is a specialist on the Islamic and contemporary Arab world, added these ISIS fanatics not only want to destroy Europe, but to eliminate more moderate Islamic opposition.

“The terrorism is above all an expression of a war within Islam,” he explained. “The long-term goal of the Jihad Generation is to destroy Europe through civil war and then build an Islamic society from the ashes.” His comments come after French Prime Minister Manuel Valls revealed that 15,000 radicalised people are on the police watchlist in the country.

Previously authorities said about 10,000 were identified as high-risk. Valls warned: “There will be new attacks, there will be innocent victims… this is also my role to tell this truth to the French people.”

To many of you it probably isn’t a surprise that the Palestinians are not exactly thrilled with the prospect of a Trump presidency, but the truth is that they are very leery of Clinton as well. At this point the Palestinians are pretty much convinced that any action at the UN Security Council must happen while Barack Obama still holds the reigns of power, and so they are in a race against time. And that is precisely what they are pushing very hard for right now…

Up until now, the US government has always used their UN Security Council veto power to block any resolution that would formally establish the parameters for a Palestinian state and grant them East Jerusalem as the capital of that state. But earlier this year the Obama administration signaled that such a resolution was now on the table, and at this point Obama has just four months left to make a decision one way or the other.

If Obama decides to pull the trigger, such a resolution would be legally binding on the Israelis and the Palestinians, and neither Trump nor Clinton would be able to go back and change it once it is done… And instead of promoting peace, it would actually just set the stage for a major war, but Obama doesn’t really understand the dynamics of the Middle East. He just wants to “leave a legacy”, and at this point negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians are completely dead.

Ban, a former South Korean foreign minister, told a news conference that US Ambassador Samantha Power has already begun work with key council members including China on a new UN resolution, which is expected to strengthen sanctions on North Korea. He said it's urgent that the council unite, "show firm resolve" and commitment, and not lose time in sending a strong message to the authorities in Pyongyang that their nuclear tests and ballistic missile launches are unacceptable and must stop.

North Korea conducted its fifth nuclear test last Friday and has launched more than 20 ballistic missiles this year, part of its program aimed at improving the delivery system for nuclear weapons.

The Asian country may now also look toward China and Russia in order to acquire new weapons so that it can improve its capabilities tackling insurgencies and terrorism in the country. In April, the Filipino navy began joint South China Sea naval patrols with the US to respond to China building artificial islands over disputed reefs. Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte, who has been openly critical of American security policies, announced in a televised speech Tuesday, before military officers in Manila, a ‘paradigm shift’ in the country’s dealing with allies.

“We are not cutting our alliances – military (alliances) as well. But certainly, we will follow an independent posture and independent foreign policy,” Duterte said. The first step for the Philippines is to opt out of US-led patrols of the South China Sea because the country does “not want trouble,” the president said announcing that his navy “will not join any expedition of patrolling the seas… because I do not want my country to be involved in a hostile act.”

The second step that Duterte hinted at was the ending of the Phillipino reliance on US weaponry by at least partially shifting the procurement of arms to Russia and China. Duterte said that the two countries had agreed to give the Philippines a 25-year soft loan to buy military equipment.
